Overview

This project will support the San Diego Taxpayers Association and the Charter Cities Institute by developing a text classification system which will extract sentences from documents and assemble tabular datasets of key information. The San Diego Taxpayers association wants to assess the effectiveness of homeless services in San Diego county by extracting information from homelessness services contracts, and the Charter Cities Institute is interested in efficiently building and organizing a body of research related to Special Economic Zones.
